Good room service and staff behaviour

staff behavior is good room service is also good but quite distance from main rishikesh but walkable distance to triveni ghat

pros: couple friendly. you can come in and leave at any time. no disturbance from anyone. cons: almirah was broken, can improve the washroom

Food not good and service is not good and not traceable without guidance. Food Quantity wise, we suffering stomach pain after taking lunch

It was a great stay at hi hotel. Staff and services were very good

The overall experience is good and they need some improvement in food and room service. hotels need to increase staff for service

The stay was okay but cleanliness was 0, ac was not working properly and also the rooms when having a bad odour which comes from saggy walls and secondly the hotel didn't provided any amenities not even a dental kit.

Wonderful solo stay! The place looked exactly like the photos—clean and cozy. The host and staff were kind and always ready to help. Great food and convenient location. Would definitely stay again !

I recently stayed at Hi Hotel in Rishikesh for two days and had a wonderful experience. The owner was exceptionally nice and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the start. I stayed 2 days here.. rooms and cleaning was average...walkable distance to triveni ghat..approx 0.5km...Food is good..as per price won't expect too much.

Water not available in washrooms, untidy room, towel n toiletries in bad condition, hot water not available. Poor housekeeping services. Inspite of bookings room with breakfast, they still demanded money for breakfast. Bad experience overall

1. No hot water 2. Cockroaches are moving on bed 3. Small rats are rooming in the room. 4. Ambience is very bad. 5. Other guests are smoking in the corridors. We have booked and paid for 3 days. But we have vacated after one day. No refund has been given. If it is possible, please refund the amount for balance two days.

Hotel was decent. Expected a bit more in terms of quality for the price. But overall a good stay. Staff was very helpful.

Rooms not good which are listed in make my trip. They do charge extra amount to change room 800 from me for shifting to another room with ventilation
