Review Of Edens Resort

The property is located a bit far from the town but the ambience was good. Food was delicious as well. Plenty of parking space is available. Overall a worthy stay.

worst room service, too little of a room, poor buffet food, and when we requested for an omelette, they said to wait five minutes and then give it to us after fifteen minutes, saying they didn't have an egg, so there was no omelette.

The stay is very good and staff also very polite. I felt refreshed in the resort. The view from balcony is wow.

The staff were attentive and personalized, making me feel like royalty. The resturent ambiance is too good , and the pool is very nice. I enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended!

Everything is good but heater not Working

It was a peaceful place with very good ambience. Food you can have from restaurant itself , it tasted good. Swimming pool view was great, but it was not clean and purifier was not on. Staff were friendly. The games they talk about were not upto expectations. Make sure you have all the necessary items once you check in because at night nothing is open or close by. Free tea coffee packets in room.

It’s a beautiful property with good service. Staffs are very kind. Location is nice. They have small swimming pool, where kids and adults can take a dip. Breakfast is basic but taste good. Dinner can be Pre ordered, was tasty and portion is sufficient for the price. Overall a good budget friendly stay.

Relaxing Stay at Edens Resort Had a wonderful stay at Edens Resort! The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe was peaceful and relaxing. The food was average, but everything else made up for it. Great spot for a quiet getaway!

The service of the resort is great food is excellent the room had a weird smell, they needed to change the cleaning solution or detergent

Lack cleanliness, poorly maintained bathrooms, dirty bedrooms and stinky smell, rooms are overprized, not worth spending for the stay.

Rooms: decent and we'll maintained. This place is located amid-st plantation so it's nature's touch feel. Food: breakfast is good. Overall it satisfies the three star rating. Good and we'll maintained and decent staff.

Resort located at idukki hills, 5 km from munnar city, ambience is super quite pleasant stay, good view points

The property is located approximately 18 km from city center among lush green in the midst of nature. Food is available on order basis and is decent. Rooms need upliftment. No hotels nearby is a minus. Staff were friendly.

Pros: 1. View: breath taking view from my balcony 2. Infinity pool: though small, very clean and comfy. They even had space for kids to enjoy 3. Food: superb and tasty food 4. Excellent service by mr. Ashwin, mr. Alex and mr. Mubharak (hope the name were correct) 5. The balcony lock- which had the facility to lock from inside was a good thing. Cons: 1. Distance. This is not exact munnar, but 20kms away from munnar. So we had tough time to reach here. 2. Since this looks like a forest, night time was very scary. Lots of noises.

Nice property will lots of greenery with variety of flowers and fruits. Rooms were also clean. Advantage over other properties is the pool. Has a good infinity pool. Food was also good. Overall very good stay.

It is just like staying on the woods, excellent nature view, marvellous sounds of birds, great view of the scenery…..no words to explain the view, when u sit in the woods balcony and look at the sky.

The blanket is not clean and the fan in the room makes lots of noise which is terrible, at the time of check in the room smells bad more over the location is far away from munnar and has a bad weather when compared to munnar, the pool is very very small which is only suitable for kids only and there is no indoor games provided except chess and ludo

Stayed with family, it's a beautiful resort, great stay, staffs are so helpful, good food, definitely worth stay, will recommend to friends and family.

Very bad experience

It was a pleasant stay. Very beautiful in the middle of forest. Food is also very good. Room is very cosy. Swimming pool is very clean and maintained well.
