Good Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The property is new and very clean, which immediately gives a good impression. The staff is polite and courteous, always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent — close to the bus stand and other prime spots in the city, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The food was good, and the buffet breakfast had a decent variety, though it would be great if they could include some protein options like eggs, paneer, or sprouts to make it more balanced. One small issue I noticed was that the Sprite can was billed at twice the regular price, which felt unnecessary. Parking is available in the basement, but a word of caution — the ramp is quite steep and not suitable for cars with low ground clearance, so drive carefully if you have a sedan.

This property is so Good So clean & also staff is very nice & i also eat some food. Good test but but but clean property Good privacy Such a Amazing Property love it. Hopefully i,ll go back soon.

Poor Stay
Wifi and tv didn't work.. key card deactivated on its own twice, fan and ac was not working and there was a construction noise just above our room

Terrible Stay
Suite not available as it was under maintenance, later they shifted to another basic room. Over charged.

Excellent Stay
Location is good with easy access, less than a km, to Triveni Ghat, Lakshman Jhula, City Centre etc. The property is new and rooms are very clean. Staff extremely friendly. All in all I had an excellent stay with Ecko City Centre. I highly recommend others to use their services.
