My stay at Moonlight Retreat Hotel was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The Resort is very peaceful and very close to Palolum Beach. If you are a family or big friends group then you can enjoy the Pool here and spend quality time here. The rooms are decent at this price Overall we enjoyed our stay here

We had a pleasant stay, and the room was comfortable. The swimming pool was a highlight, and the food was delicious with a great taste.

great place to stay. was hosted by Mr Abhishek he was the guy, managing the reception. the members were well trained and they will treat you really good. here are some of the key pts: pool- open from 8.30am to 9-10 pm dinner/brk1st/lunch- available and prices are quite decent. rooms- they provide you with 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash, shaving kit, dental kit, coffee_teabags_water kettle inside the room. bed is quiet cozy and warm water optn is available swimming pool can be a bit more clean they have their own restro bar which has beers and other drinking stuffs. a must visit place if you're coming to palolem beach. its only within 3kms to palolem, 6.1km to agonda beach.

Nice stay...peacefull environment

I had a wonderful stay at Dhan Rains Resort. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality stood out. The manager, Abhishek, personally ensured everything was well taken care of and made me feel genuinely welcome with his warm gesture. His attention to detail and approachable nature added a very personal touch to my stay. Special mention to Rohan, one of the staff members, who was extremely courteous and attentive throughout. Whether it was room service or small requests, he always responded with a smile and a helpful attitude, which made the experience even more comfortable. The combination of a well-managed property, excellent service, and such caring people made my stay memorable. I’d definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful and hospitable getaway

The resort was good and it was a pleasant stay. The staffs were really good and co-operative. I would really recommend whoever is planning their trip for south Goa.

Not so good...average stay with average facilities...booked for 2 night but stayed for 1 night due to the condition of the room...small and unhygienic rooms and not so pleased with the hotel

Hot water not present. Room is not clean on day 1. Lot of smell inside the room. Room telephone was not working. Swimming pool is having bad water and is not maintained. Food was ok. Staff is good. Dont go with 5star ratings.

No Room service , washroom water problem , food and drink rates are so high, location is good , all over services not good, Wi-Fi also not working

Property was good but rooms were not maintained properly. Light was very low in the room. Room colour was damaged from inside. Food was also not good.

Overall the room and the facilities are very average. My expectations as per the review and ratings on mm t was a little higher than what we received at the resort. No proper management.
