    This was the worst of all experiences i ve had…when we reached there was more room for us as the hotel was overbooked…then we checked with fab hotel chain people they had no clue about this at all. This was already happend to more than 5 party arriving at the property and the only solution they were giving was to relocate which in some cases was still ok. But in our case they were relocating us almost 10 to 15 kms farther away from where we wanted to stay…this was totally unacceptable.i need refund on this
