Nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing which i faced issue is with the location shared to me via makemytrip is wrong. The google location of the cottage is correct. If anyone is visiting the place, please use google location for directions otherwise the makemytrip location will take you to the beach.

good clean rooms, bathroom and pool. restaurant is basic and needs improvement to include local cuisine. bar was yet to be setup. overall good experience. will recommend people to stay here.

Excellent Stay
36 yards is a serene place with hygienic close to arambol beach. Staff here is quite assisting and helpful. Special thanks to satish and paresh. I would also thank seam for cooking awesome tasty meals for us. I would definitely recommend and visit again with family. People who manage this property are trustworthy and arrange bikes on rent as well for us. The swimming pool was also clean and usable all day.
