Excellent Stay
Great place to stay, very close to the market and rooms and staff are super. Tuesdays there is a vegetable market so no parking is possible in the hotel, but they make arrangements nearby

I had a pleasant stay at Citrus Chamber and had amazing stay experience. The hotel staff was polite and we had amazing food there.

I had availed for a junior suite room .. paid per night ..expected a luxurious stay but the rooms were very poorly maintained.. bathroom had no glass door separation.. plastering peeling out of bathroom door.. Bed holder was broken.. interiors were quoted old

Beautiful Heritage Property, Good Food, Comfortable stay, Ample Parking, Courteous Staff.... Would Have rated higher if they had a Gym and proper Spa... currently No Gym and Spa is not as per standard...But overall comfortable stay . 😊

Good Stay
Citrus chamber was a very good option to stay near Mahabaleshwar Market. We stayed in suite hence it was more comfortable compare to one of my friend was staying in premier room. Property is clean and maintained. However in premier room my friend complained about the foul smell in bathroom. Those rooms are very much close to dining hall and kitchen and very noisy around. Sitting out of room there is not at all possible because of continuous noise from kitchen. Suites are completley different than this. Very premium and calm. Some things like refilling the mini bar and water bottles had to remind the front desk rather than they taken care it by themselve. Food was tasty even brekfast was delicious. Staff was helping and supportive. Food was little bit costly. Overall mix experience. If you are going for suite stay go for it. For premier and delux be ready for the noisy surrounding and very small bathrooms. Premier rooms dont even have a view.

The hotel had a heritage property charm, good vibes and a sweet mandir. But the maintenance is poor. There are moulds on chairs, curtains and walls. There is dust and dirt in the corners of the room. The linen and laundry has worn out. Needs replacement. So for the hygiene I would rate it low. Food is good if this is Indian cuisine. Chinese was horrible.

Disappointing Stay
Quiet Disappointment, We had to wait 20 mins for check in even after we reached 1 hour late than check in time then we have been allotted room at the ground floor just beside the store room. I have booked deluxe room I doubt we have allotted deluxe room.

I liked the architecture of the place. The food was really good. Staff was friendly. The only thing was since all the game zone is outdoors due to rain we were not able to enjoy anything. They should keep some indoor activities. And floors were quite slippery. They should clean it or use some carpets.

Poor Stay
Rooms are very unhygienic , seems like furniture are like 20 year old with lots of dust and hairs below bed , in sofa and feels like haunted. Food is also bad , charges are pretty high
