Review Of Basilica Resort

My Rooms was not having any kind of view and Charged money was high i don't liked it plz make changes

It was a good experience staying at this resort. Food was good. staff is good. Rooms were in good condition. Swimming pool has green water and reason given by management wqs not acceptable but the slide in the pool was operational and we enjoyed it.

Check in is at 2 pm. if u reach late ,it becomes difficult to utilize amenities as swimming gets non operational after 6 pm , there is small gaming eolm in the backyard ( carrots, table tennis and billiards etc) , I didn't played any of these. Basket ball court and Badminton corts are available if u want to spend some time playing. I personally felt food was good in taste but slightly on higher price range. Location of property is along the side of panchgani highway, but view is very much ordinary from rooms.Sydney point , table land point and Parasi point are very close by to the restaurant.Room was average in area, slightly compact, they provide facilities like TV fridge locker bathroom essentials. Hot water is available throughout but I guess it works on solar so fully functional after 10 AM, before that u will get warm water from tap. I felt room charges are costlier considering location , and amenities in the resort. ( suggestion : please use some different solution to clean floor , till it gets dried , floor is very slippery). for Hospitality and food , I ll give 7 out of 10 to this resort.

This property is a fantastic choice for a stay with family and friends. It offers a pool, dedicated play areas for kids, and a variety of games that enhance the experience. The ambiance is exceptional, the rooms are superb, and the gym area is well-equipped. The food is delicious, with a wide range of dishes to satisfy your taste buds.

The hotel is decent, cleanliness is something the management should focus on, the staff is doing all they can however, the management needs to have a keen eye for hygiene. To name a few - the bed sheets have stains and so do the towels, bathroom walls have fungi because of irregular cleaning patterns. Chairs and sofa's in the restaurants are very dusty. When reported to the reception they said it is because of rainy season. Unacceptable and not value for the amount they charge

Atmosphere excellent, condition 's neat and clean, staff co operative and efficient, in short loved my stay.

Stay at basilica was great great great fun, the location was absolutely perfect and the staff was supportive, overall the stay was absolutely great, would visit again

Staff was not at all cooperative, behaviour of staff was really pathetic and food was also not upto the mark my daughter suffered from food poisioning.

Property was not that good as it was charged. Nonprooer view. Rooms are good. But rest are horrible. Towel does everything other than soaking water. No toilet accessories were there. U have to ask for. Foid was horrible.

Staff is friendly polite and helpful but the rooms are not at all comfy every small noise we were able to hear not able to spend quality time due to the crowd food was good.

Location was very nice. Food and services was excellent. Staff were very courteous. I would like to stay again during my next visit

The food quality was very poor. The staff was good and cooperative. The 4 wheeler parking space is not enough and difficult for you to move in and out from property.

Excellent location. Property is at walking distance from sydney point and 5 mins drive to harrison folly paragliding. Ustaadi restaurat inside the resort has very good taste but limited items on the menu. Cafe basilica serves variety of snacks, drinks and deserts. Alcohol is not served in the premises. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and ho-sue keeping services are also very nice. Hotel staff are very cooperative and takes good care of guests request.

Great service food was awesome. They provide housekeeping service on quick call. Great ambience. Relax in swimming pool breakfast has nice variety
