Review Of Avianna New Mandala Hotel & Spa

Location is very poor. It charged 18% GST on a glass of milk without giving proper invoice. There is nothing mentioned about HSN code and CGST SgSt on invoice and still charged 18% tax on milk. Makemytrip and gov should take proper action against this kind of hotels, which want to rip the tourist. No proper food facilty as per menu

Worst ever experience at the hotel. This property is lacking few absolute important things like intercom, no cleaning and no help from reciption. In a scale of 10 I would rather give -10

We were allotted the most small rooms further at the time of checkout they asked our feedback and we told not good because of the small room so they said because we booked through mm t thats why it happened. Service of the hotel was not so good just regular service.

Entrance for the hotel is worst. Road is full of spot holes. Hotel management first offer me room no-408. It's very worst. Wash basin was broken. No racks in wash room, broken cupboards, the room is not fit for single stay after objection dey offered me room no 201 which is preity well to stay. Poor internet wifi connection, tv not working poor internet connectivity. Worst experience.

One of the most terrible, unprofessional hotel. Bed sheets were dirty, even service was poor. Asked for plain bottle of water, and it came after 35 mins. No service at all. Hotel people were not helpful. It was a horrible stay. Will never go to this hotel.

Very bad hotel and it's services no water in washroom last 2 days and room condition is very poor and not buy room they are cheating with customer. I recommend not book this hotel they are cheated on me.

New mandala i have great experience overall included the staff behavior, food total hospitality but i have a doubt that is i have booked deluxe room but the room which i got is too tiny. Then what is meaning between a normal room & a deluxe room?

1. They have paid parking which is not mentioned anywhere. We had called them before checking and they never mentioned any payment. 2. Poor room service. In the morning or at midnight there was no one to provide water. 3. Some rooms'geysers were not working

They disturb you mid of the night, I have never experienced such nuisances. They called at 11:30 to check if you are doing early checkout and if so … pay now(mid of the night)

Denied check-in. Booked premium room, compromised with deluxe room (they offered complimentary food) the lady manager was rude and cold.

The premium room that we booked was in no way premium and we paid per night is too high. The so called premium room is a very small room with dirty bed and sheets, no toiletries provided and heater came at an additional cost of rs 400, which we had no option but to agree, because of the chill weather. However, we were shocked to be woken up at 2am by chill because these had switched off the hotel electricity! in the morning, when questioned, they said there was no power, but i caught one person switching on the mains. I refused to pay a single rupee, but they kept insisting to pay for the heater, i did not pay. My 5 yr old suffered from cold and cough due to heater issue and they had absolute no empathy. Another disgusting thing is that there was a private party going on right in the restaurant with music so louder than the allowed decibels. When we checked in, the receptionist told the dinner time is 7pm to 10pm, but when we went in at 8. 30 pm for dinner, these guys told us there is no food for us because there is a party going on! we ended up hungry, because then it was too late and cold in the night to go in search of a hotel to eat, after 6 hours of road trip from sikkim. This is the most pathetic hotel, in a pathetic city with people filled with apathy! please dobt opt for it even if you get a free stay here!

When we reached hotel, there were another group who claimed to book entire hotel. 70+ people were at the reception to check in. Hotel management was unable to manage such situation. Later they allocated me a very small room which was not same as showing while booking and not suitable for my family. This was my first bad experience on booking hotel. Not recommended this room at this high price.

Room provided during my stay was very small in size as compared to images shown in while booking. Rooms also lack proper vantilation. It was giving a feeling of lodge. U should clearly mention the size and exact images of room while booking. Like deluxe images shouldn't be used for the semi deluxe room.

Worst hotel ever i stayed at. Would never recommend this to anyone. Road pe reh lena iss hotel me nahi. The whole hotel stinks like hell. In the pictures they show some other pictures and the moment you reach there its a scan a small hotel in small lane where your vehicle can't even reach. Gyser was not working. Even after complaint staff said subha dekhenge. Food is worst

The room maintenance is not good, especially bathroom. We have booked a family suite where there is no balcony and hence the room is so suffocated and the smell doesn’t go out

I feel actual hostility here in new mandala because of all the staff of the hotel were really good and services was fantastic it’s was really fabulous experience i ever had. I strongly recommend to all who will be planning trip to darjeeling guys consider that hotel for better experience here is everything.

Happy and best celeing hotel and more hot water in the bathroom. His reads are mudiwa on the places so 4 relies in hotel

No wifi, lift was there only till 6th floor while my room was allocated on 8th floor. Room was in terrible condition to say least.

All over it was a nice experience 🥰🥰
