Nice and comfortable stay. Liked ripple water fall view from hotel room.

It's a good resort for people who love nature. But it's too interior. If you have a vehicle, it won't be a problem. If not its not recommendable but very careful to choose the route because we took a wrong route middle of Idukki. We had a very worse experience. Don't choose short routes especially when you are in Munnar. But otherwise, it was a great experience with the hotel. I guess loved the Lake View.

Food was not good. Any other restaurants also not break by. Room also not fully clean

Hotel is good and the location is good but manager is not co-operative and food is not good and menu has very limited items in another hotels buffet means so many items arrange cornflakes, milk, eggs not providing other than this is good.

Rooms not maintained properly, spider webs and dust everywhere.

Poor room service, bad odor inside the rooms and too much price for the food.

The place is located near the ripple Falls. Easy access to the Falls. Rooms were okay. Host was cool but some staff were worst. The pool is under maintenance. Overall experience- good but average.

Highly recommended. Location of hotel is excellent. Inside the dense forest with a private waterfall. Beautiful ambience of rain forest. Nice pool, indoor games. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and polite staff. One of the best resorts I have experienced.

Aruvi resort is well maintained.. Its a beautiful place as there is a water flow just beside the resort. House keeping has to be improved and welcoming of guests has to be improved. Regarding food, did not find more option in regards to vegetarian. Overall good place and had fun. Thanks MMT for giving good service at Munnar..

Pathetic experience. Dirty rooms and horrible service. Communication is a problem since no one understands English or Hindi. Most importantly, very bad location away from town and wasted time in commuting. Worst of all, they have no standard rates and charge different rates to different people

Worst experience, Poor management, Dirty rooms and surrounding area, Swimming pool under maintenance, Somany insect in room, Intercom service not work, Restaurant not available We are socked to see Aruvi resort in MMT assured list

More of a homestay so on that note highly overpriced as free breakfast is simply useless. Make my trip made a mess this time with my choice of the hotel. Surely avoidable. The only positive note is the waterfall.

Not clean. Bed sheets and mattress where not good. Restroom also not clean ... Insects we're there ... Power back up was not quick. Restaurant was good ... Food was delicious ... Services boys were brisk and polite ...

Location of the hotel is superb as it is adjacent to a waterfall. But all places to visit are slightly far from it. Food quality is average, not much options for vegetarian person. Behavior of the staff was very good.
