The deluxe room was satisfactory, the economical room fell short of expectations. It was small and had an unpleasant foul smell, making the stay less than enjoyable. The dining experience left much to be desired, especially the dinner options that were not prepared on-site. A particular disappointment was the noodles, which turned out to be an utter flop. On the brighter side, the breakfast was acceptable. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us with our requirements. The hotel's location offered mesmerizing views of tamil nada and the western ghats, with a viewpoint just 1 km away. The climate, scenic surroundings, and the hike to the viewpoint were standout features of our stay. However, the property itself had its share of issues. Our room's toilet cover was damaged, and the overall maintenance was lacking. Poorly maintained rooms and foul smells emanating from various rooms were notable downsides. In summary, while the breathtaking views, friendly staff, and outdoor activities were commendable, improvements in room quality, maintenance, and on-site dining are necessary for a more satisfying stay
