Everything was good, but the food was not that good because when we ordered prawns so hard, no quality taste as per the category and buffet. Next day breakfast buffet was average and there was no much of taste and the service was too late to get a Dosa, you're not happy with the food.

Comfortable Stay

this is the third time that i stayed here and the service has never been compromised. The welcome drink was very refreshing after a long journey and the check in process was very smooth. The one thing i like about checking in is that you don't need to take out again your ID card if you have stayed there previously. I have not seen other hotels having thus facility even the 5 star ones. The room was spacious and the food was excellent. The only draw back is that there is no newspaper and hiring hotel cars is too expensive.

The stay at Accord Chrome Hotel was excellent. The rooms are spacious with all required amenities. The restaurants on the ground floor have a lot of variety and taste excellent. They even made a small breakfast for us since we were checking out early in the morning. They were a lot supportive and took great care of us.

One of the best hotels in Chennai in the 3/4 star category, hardly 15mins drive from the Airport. The hotel staff, right from the reception to the restaurant and are efficient, friendly, warm and very helpful making guests feel special. The highlight of the stay was the delicious food at their gardenia restaurant with a mix of Indian, continental and with local flavours. In all, a great place to stay if you are looking for a hotel near the Airport.

Excellent stay with family and kids. Rooms were nice and clean and good that anything that you need more in the room is just a call away. Staff were very helpful. I am staying there for the second time and will stay again.
