well maintained, courteous staff.. excellent service.. the breakfast spread was lavish and the location of the property is prime.

Excellent Stay
we had a pleasant stay at Four Points Sheraton Velacherry. Rooms are net and clean. Buffet breakfast is excellent and kids enjoyed tasting all varities. Had a memorable stay.

Poor Stay
The rooms were neat but the service was below standards. The in room dining wasn’t available and even after multiple calls I wasn’t able to reach anyone. The reception wasn’t helpful either. None of the TV channels were available as they hadn’t taken subscription. Surprisingly this comes under Marriott but this is not even a 2 star property. Will not recommend to anyone.

Perfect unwind for the weekend
Had a truly pleasant stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing staycation. The rooms were cozy, the food was delicious, and the staff were courteous and attentive. Great location and value for money — would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect. Close to everything. I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from, and the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in future.

No GST invoice issued
I have not received a proper GST invoice. Hotel claimed that it has to be issued by Make my trip only. After several counters, they have issued only information invoice (No bill no. and no signature. It is invalid document for claim. Need help to get proper GST invoice on urgent basis.

On first day washroom flush was not working. Got in room dining order after one hour after reminder. food was almost room temperature and wrong order was served. Stains on coffe counter.

Good for business trips

Excellent Stay
I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is centrally located, convenient for official jobs. There was no issue faced. Breakfast & other meals were delicious as expected. Services & facilities were sufficient, also all staff were co-operative & courteous.

Stay at Fourpoints
Great stay and at a good price in Chennai. Good breakfast too. Rooms are nice and clean, has a good dinner spread also.
