The worst hotel experience of my life.
The worst stay of my life. No professionalism and hospitality from staff and front desk. Fungus in Bathroom tiles. AC not working and horrible smell in the room. Housekeeping not done even after asking. Breakfast tables not cleaned, watermelon seeds on table mat, had to move it myself. Cutlery not provided, only spoon and fork, no knives. Table waiting staff keep forgetting our orders. Staff ignore our calls even though they are visibly hearing it. Please if you value your time and money, do not ever ever stay in lemon tree hotel Chennai at least. I can't speak for the other lemon trees. However if this is what I see then I don't have any hope for the lemon tree chain. Wifi not connecting properly, smart tv with netflix provided but netflix showing continuous error . Not to mention continuous electric drilling on the 5th floor and 7th floor for upto 8 hours during the day. Should have been informed before hand somehow. Not even one positive in this experience. Please don't waste your time and money with lemon tree chennai. That's all I can say.

comfortable stay, courteous staff, amazing location
Very courteous staff, specially Lakshmi and Rasool. Loved the stay. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

Excellent stay overall very good value
Hotel is on highway, 15 mins drive from airport. Good maintainance, well stocked morning breakfast, spacious room. Hk support also very good. Parking little less.

Not worth the money
Rooms are outdated and in bad condition, not at all worth the price. Not clean. Seemed very old and needs maintenance.

Enjoyable stay at Lemon Tree
The location of Leven tree virtual Enna Guindy is very convenient and to visit all the important places at Chennai. The dinner we had in the hotel is really good and services are excellent.

Excellent Stay
Stayed 1 night. Large rooms. Lovely staff at reception, Citrus Cafe, in-room dining. Basic yet sufficient breakfast buffet. Bit pricey due to proximity to airport perhaps. Great for short stays. Need to pay extra attention to cleaning surfaces in the room... the centre table had a film of dust.

Good Stay
My stay at Lemon Tree Hotel Chennai, Chennai from date 23/7 to 25/7 for three guest and further extended up to 27/7 for two guest , stay is very nice, room services, house keeping is nice , they extra charged for early checking. Breakfast is also very testy. Definitely In future tour I will preferred this group’s hotels in India, Thanks with best regards.
