Place was good. Also staff is polite and helpful just water smell comes in washroom.

excellent stay at Floressa Randa ...This is my 3rd stay at this hotel ...and it is always wonderful staying there ..Right from cleanliness to rooms everything is perfect ...The staff is very courteous and prompt Breakfast is good though could have more variety .. My Swaminathan at Reception is an Excellent host...Takes care right from ur arrival ...He helped me in early check in without any additional amount ...Always smiling and ready to solve ur queries....All in All a wonderful experience...Would luv to stay again & again when we visit chennai

Disappointed with the stay – not as advertised. I booked Floressa Randa Apartments based on the photos and description, but the actual experience was underwhelming. The room was noticeably smaller and less spacious than shown in the pictures, which felt misleading. There was also a strange, unpleasant smell in the room that didn’t go away throughout the stay. The AC wasn’t functioning, and although I reported it at the front desk and someone was sent to check, they were not able to fix it. Also all the other residences had similar problem so it wasn’t possible to switch rooms as well. It’s an old property and is not maintained well. They were garbage lying put in the open. (Inside and outside the building). On top of that, the ceiling fan made loud noises, making it difficult to rest or sleep peacefully. Overall, it did not live up to expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless serious improvements are made.

Excellent stay with clean and neat rooms. Staffs were very friendly. Food is awesome.

Actually the experience in this hotel is really pleasant. You will not feel anything uncomfortable in this hotel and the employees are really so respectful. The receptionist Swaminathan is so friendly and easy to approach.

The accomodation is neat and clean with good supportive staff. The food quality and taste is good.

Really happy with the service and hospitality at Floressa Randa. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were well maintained. The restaurant serves really good food and offers variety of options. I would look forward to staying here during my next visit as well.

We had a very comfortable stay. Room was very neat and well maintained. Kichennete facility had induction cook top, non stick kadai, plates, spoons, serving bowl, dosa tava etc. We had to pay a nominal amount for the electricity used during cooking. They had a separate electricity meter to record the units consumed by cook top

The location is good, i did not like the food. I ordered dinner and couldn't have it at all. My stay was pleasant.
