+ve good food, spacious space, good team -ve stained & dirty carpet in room, old & spoiled window curtains, patchy/bubbled wall with poor wall painting.

Excellent Stay
I like the hotel infrastructure and very kindful reception persons. Rooms are very neat and clean especially bathroom is very hygiene. There are more channels in television to enjoy. Felt peaceful sleep. Finally very happy for the time i spent there

Our stay at the hotel offered a mix of highlights and drawbacks. The breakfast was superb and the restaurant staff provided great hospitality, making mornings memorable. However, the rooms were average and issues like mosquitos, as well as drilling noise from ongoing renovations, detracted from comfort. Parking lacked lift access, which was inconvenient, though the prime location was a definite advantage. Overall, the experience was about average, with some standout positives but notable areas for improvement.

Pleasant Stay
easy check in and check out, I needed a early checkin and they made that for me, bathroom was clean and well maintained I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was excellent – the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities provided added to the convenience, and everything was exactly as expected, if not better. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service truly stood out. I left with a very positive impression and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

the room given to us had faulty shower and no bucket to take bath. called reception but it took 30 mins to address the issue after another 15 mins they (Magesh) upgraded the room. He was kind and attentive but overall hotel service was poor so giving 3 star

I had perfect stay with Hazel the room was amazing and the food was really gud specially the service of hotel management is really appreciated when it comes to room I have travelled alot of place but Hazel become my fav one now I really like the way they maintain the room cleaning it feel like home as they mentioned thanks for giving us the wonderful experience

Had an excellent stay at Hotel Halez — the room was spacious, clean, and came with a proper workstation which made it perfect for both rest and work. The washroom was spotless, and overall comfort was top-notch. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was professional and courteous throughout. The location is also a big plus, being conveniently situated for everything I needed.
