I recently stayed at this hotel in Chennai for 1day with my family and had a mixed experience. The room (106) 1st flore was average in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, it was an interconnected room with Room 107. Although the connecting door was locked, it was not soundproof at all.
At around 3 AM, a family checked into the adjoining room, and the noise from their conversation and movement completely disturbed our sleep. This kind of setup is not suitable unless sound insulation is properly managed. The hotel should clearly inform guests about such interconnected rooms beforehand.
Additionally, Towels were not provided initially, and only after calling the reception 2-3 times, they finally sent them.
Overall, it was an average experience. The hotel really needs to improve its service quality and be more transparent about room types and conditions.
