Staffs were good and also helped me with the necessary items to take care of my infant baby. It was a nice stay

We've observed that online customers are treated differently, and the rooms aren't impressive. We'd like to suggest treating all customers equally and improving the overall experience.

overall good experience and service with all the amenities but both times i stayed the locker was not working.

Cheek in issues , since it was late check-in we’re pass on leftover inventory, instead of king size bed , weee given twin bed accommodation , house keeping issues , we’re told no disposable slipper are Aviliable , the bed mattress extremely thin and uncomfortable , resturant service

Needs a lot of maintenance and repairs. Breakfast spread is limited but tasty. Huge parking space. Love it for the brand name. Otherwise am average experience.

Rooms are very old and not maintained well Bathroom had broken door AC wasn’t working well. It was chilling inspite of turning it off.. had to call the technician couple Of times Restaurant staff had no clue what disposable means. It was outright refused when asked for it but after asking to speak to the manager they arrange for it The only respite was the reception staff who was helpful

Had a very nice stay at the Savera. Located at a convenient location, it is was to travel to any part of the city from here. Staff behavior is top notch. Rooms are very spacious, even for their entry level rooms. The restaurants and their room service is also great

The room was very clean and the washroom was even cleaner. Though I checked in late at night, it was very smooth and fast. As a solo female traveller, the process was very comfortable and safe. Breakfast was 7/10 and had a lot of options. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are clean , cozy and perfect for professional as well as personal stay. Breakfast buffet is nice , healthy and inviting, the staff is courteous and helpful.

The property was good, the reception was not friendly i called and requested a early check-in the day before and it was sorted, on the day of check in they provided another room.stay was okayish could've been better if the staff was more cooperative

It is not what it used to be about 4 years back. The checkin service was very poor . Basic toiletries were not kept in the bath room and we had to inform the housekeeping to get soap gels.

location is good food very good staffs are very reasonable But rooms are old toilets are smelly no proper hot water supply usually stay here in the last 7years now it is getting bad particularly inside room. good location. staffs are very good ( from reception to security) food is excellent. ( except morning breakfast which is way below average in room dining very good. Bad things are 1. room beds are all aged. 2. toilet are very smelly . 3.It looks they have a big problem with waterheating system. hope they correct above. I stayed in room no 709 and 710.
