I initially booked a Deluxe Room with a King-size bed, but was instead graciously offered a Standard Room with twin beds—because clearly, "Deluxe" and "Standard" must mean the same thing here. When I raised this with the receptionist, I was informed (rather nonchalantly) that rooms are subject to availability. Fair enough—except I was also assured that I’d be moved to the correct room the following day. Spoiler alert: that didn’t happen either.
As if the downgrade wasn’t enough, the hygiene standards were equally impressive—in the worst possible way. The washroom was dusty on arrival and, despite expectations, remained that way well into the second day. One can only wonder if there’s a floor supervisor on duty—or if that’s just another mythical position like “Deluxe Room with King Bed.”
To put it mildly, the experience fell significantly short of what one would expect at the price they’re charging. If you're looking to pay premium rates for subpar service and dusty washrooms, this might just be your place.
