There are only 2 lifts working which is taking long time room service is also taking longer time other things are fine

Nice rooms with good ambiance it was pleasant stay for us with Hilton Colombo residency I prefer to visit again

Spacious 2bhk rooms with all required amenities for a family stay. Room decor is old but maintained well. In central location, have 2 Marts just next to the hotel for all your daily need. hotel staff is also very Curtious.

Rooms are good. But the hotel needs to work on their vegetarian menu. Especially if they want indian tourists. Food needs to be marked specifically whether it's veg/non veg. Most of the staff was very good, but training for some employees in hospitality for sure. Maybe a month internship in an indian hotel to know what hospitality really means

Great place to stay. Centrally located. A wide variety buffet breakfast with live counters and attentive service. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was comfortable with its own kitchenette and washing machine very good service and very clean, smoothly response.

Bathrooms are not up to the hilt-on mark. Smells bad and rooms also not clean and neat. What ever we paid we get less than 20. It’s completely feels like normal hotel.

Very good place to stay in colombo along with family since it is apartment residence jim is good mr rukman jayasurya shown some excercise to burn fat, strengthing the back etc he was so good in showing the jim and practical excercises

Bathrooms are horrible. No proper service. For each and every badic thing u need to call like dental kid, shaving kit.

It was an okayish stay. Did’t feel like a hilton hotel. It seems a regular apartment building converted to hotel appartment. No a/c and carpet in the loby section.

Excellent property. 3 bed fully equipped apartment, good enough for 6 adults. Excellent swimming pool on 4th floor with awesome view.

Overall, the location and room size were very good. However, the sofa was a little dirty and there were cockroaches.

The location, rooms and breakfast was perfect. Best hotel in colombo for families. Their sun-day barbecue lunch is also fabulous with live music.
