The stay was amazing. you need to book the deluxe room as the classic ones are the old ones and deluxe is the renovated. overall great stay

Good stay, spacious rooms, and very cooperative staff despite the crowding. Of course, the only problem is the elevators. But that's normal. The good thing is that the hotel is very close to the Haram.

regret to inform you that the kitchen basin has a persistent unpleasant smell, which is not due to any fault of the housekeeping staff. The issue arises because the basins are not properly covered, and the drainage pipes are all interconnected, causing the smell to linger throughout. Moreover, the reception staff are unprofessional and seem completely unaware of what’s going on with the guests. We have to call two to three times just to get a response, which is highly inconvenient. Overall, the experience has not been worth the money, and staying here has been quite disappointing.

Best location, price and food. The place is located on clock tower and is ideally located in front of the masjid al haram.

The hotel is close to the Haram, and the quality and service are amazing. From the main staff to the housekeeping team, everyone is very friendly and supportive.

The location was perfect to visit, the food was great and the hotel provided an upgrade which was the icing on the cake.

We booked two bedrooms with haram view and we paid extra for haram view, once arrived ti the hotel we were surprised that we got normal rooms when we asked they said that there are no rooms with haram view !!!

Will do. Location of course awesome, just of course the traffic down basement 2, but the security very helpfull. The lifts took long but escalators a great help. The room was really good, and housekeeping even better. Thank you.

Pullman Zamzam Makkah - A Positive Stay I recently stayed at the Pullman Zamzam Makkah and had a generally positive experience. Positives: * Excellent Staff: The staff were incredibly well-trained, cooperative, and accommodating throughout my stay. * Convenient Location: The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for pilgrims, making it easy to access religious sites and participate in religious activities. Suggestion: * Increase Front Office Staff: While the staff were excellent, I did notice that the front office could benefit from an increase in staff to ensure smoother and quicker check-in/check-out processes. Overall: Despite the minor suggestion, I highly recommend the Pullman Zamzam Malay for pilgrims. The hotel offers a comfortable stay with excellent service and a convenient location. They gave us haram view but unfortunately there where construction in between so we can't get though expecting a small upgrade from them anyways stay was nice

I booked a room for three people and all the service was for two people, although they received all the required amount for three people

Our stay at the pullman zamzam was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist greeted us with kindness and warmth, making us feel right at home. She was attentive to all our needs, ensuring a smooth check-in. The housekeeping staff were exceptional, taking great care of our family by providing water bottles, fresh towels, and keeping our room impeccably clean. Ma sha allah, it was a memorable trip for us, and i couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Thank you, pullman zamzam, for making our stay so special!

The hotel was very good location,and everything is very accessible.!even going for prayer.right away be there...Alhamdullilah....just twice we call on 2nd day for laundry,the response amazing Ok sir we send for collection...nobody coming even we kept out our unwashed clothes.then we informed concierge 💁 and dial #0;there before leaving the hotel for prayer after 5 hours later we come back,the unwashed clothes Still the same location outside our room.then 2nd day the same story...what can I tell more Now were leaving check out ✔️going to madina ...MAY ALLAH GRANT US EASE...
