The hotel is super close to ha-ram & food & buffet is fantastic. The ambience is amazing. The suites are super clean & ha-ram view is beautiful. The biggest bonus is you can pray all the 5prayers in the suites as well as you get to hear the azaan, salah, iqamah & even janazah prayers all in the room. No

They kept us waiting in the lobby for 2 hrs saying the rooms are not cleaned and that they were still cleaning. The service for housekeeping, front desk was really bad. The car shuttle I had asked for to pick up from the airport didn't come. Tried calling them from the airport but no one picked up plus the early check-in we demanded was also not fulfilled.

Very goo, worth the money spent, staff was very good, will visit again for sure.
Excellent stay worth the money the staff was very good the receptionist was very helpful he upgraded are room on check in very close to the haram the view was good breakfast was excellent rooms are very spacious.
