Food is worst and hotel rooms also not so great! It’s a 4 star hotel but there is no toilet items and food was worst and found some cockroach in the buffet areas. Egg station they are not ready to give what we asked

Room was unhygienic there were cockroaches in the table and inside the fridge. Bedsheets were dirty I had a twin bed one of the bedsheets had a blood stain kind of mark.

Such a pleasant stay with good infrastructure and services Had a decent meals and staff is very helpful

The hotel's location is good for Indian's as Indian restaurants were nearby. we went prior to check in time, but after making us wait for some time in the waiting area they provided us room early then check in time, that was appreciated. Receptionists were cooperative but there were 2 insects in the room and the one make up person behaved rudely with us and when we were not in the room, they entered in the room in our absence and cleared the room, that thing was against our privacy...we told about this to receptionist and he was sorry for that.

Small room size, toilet was very small, their wasn't enough space to move around. Indian food taste at morning breakfast was not good. On our stay we got upma, moonng cutlet, fried rice on different days. The tea served was cold , coffee aroma & taste was pathetic. Milk present for making coffee was not enough hot for enjoying a good tea/coffee.

Great hotel good amenities only the rooms are too small

It was a wonderful experience staying at hotel Cosmo, Kuala Lumpur. Their service was excellent. The staff behaviour throughout was exceptional and they were very polite too. overall amazing experience.

Location name very misleading. Too far from heart of bukit bintang, i.e, pavillion mall. Staff uncurteous, check in 3 pm and check out 12 noon. Not even 24 hours. Paid 60% of room rent extra to check in at 10 am. No toiletries in room. Not even tooth paste and brush , soap and shampoo dispenser broken . Poor facilities and management expecting rich returns from overpriced rooms that seem boxed in , even room with windows. Next building wall a few feet away from window. Room size quite small , twin beds given while I asked for one queen size bed. My early check-in was the fault, refused to change it even after I asked for original request while booking , to be honoured. All in all , a very unpleasant and clinical experience. I rate budget hotels around pavilion mall much higher than this which charge half the price.

Noone to carry your luggage to your booked room from hotel reception. No one is available in house keeping to bring you water at your room. Help yourself hotel. One simple question is why are they charging for service when there is no service given by the hotel.

Worth the money excellent location near many popular spots extremely beautiful room neat and clean polite and quick staff

room was very small and too dark. humidity smells coz there were no windows, I had to ask for the toiletries.. breakfast had varieties but cold.

Cold food is being served at breakfast buffet and also the room has no electricity, but after complaining they upgraded our room

First international trip and the Cosmo hotel was our stay. It was completely mesmerising to stay at such posh hotel in the centre of city. The vibes and beautiful aroma that was around this hotel was the most memorable thing of this hotel. I would like to visit again next again and will stay in cosmo hotel only...

The hotel is located in a convenient area, but the overall hospitality leaves much to be desired. There was no one to assist with luggage upon arrival, and the staff seemed indifferent to guest needs. The security cards were unnecessarily complicated, and when we tried to deposit some luggage during a transit stay (as we were heading to langkawi and returning later, the guards displayed a poor attitude. To make matters worse, when my wife needed to use the washroom, the guards rudely demanded to see our room card, stating that only guests could access the facilities. The housekeeping services were equally disappointing. If you leave the "make up my room" note after 1 pm, the room remains uncleaned. Upon inquiry, we were told that they have limited staff and only clean rooms in the morning. Even basic requests like water bottles were denied, with the staff saying it was self-service and we had to go to the lobby to refill them. This was shocking. When we requested a fresh towel because the one in the room was dirty, the housekeeping staff initially refused and behaved arrogantly. After multiple complaints to the reception, we were given a used, wet towel. It took 12 follow-ups to finally get a dry towel, which was still not particularly clean. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory, and the stay felt average at best. The lack of basic hospitality and the indifferent attitude of the staff made the experience disappointing.

Great location, neat room, delicious food and very helpful staff

The room was not so good, there is no hot water supply even after multiple times reported to reception and maintainer, both 2 days no hot water supplied which is very bad. No pics
