AC in the room not working .very old rooms , pillows in the room is very uncomfortable. And the mattres need to change as well

Average hosptlty poor and breakfast so so fruit basket so small or cleaning average food no many apourcunty veg food

Our stay was pretty good due to the location , everything was walking distance. Even the food offered in buffet was good in terms of quality and taste.

The hotel is located in a prime location of Almaty with all major attractions nearby by and it was very comfortable stay with royal interiors and Russian architecture

Old soviet style property but well kept. Comfortable rooms, great location, good breakfast spread but vegetarians might struggle a tad bit- employees, especially frontdesk, restaurant and spa are polite and try to help.housekeeping staff is a bit dour but overall efficient. For Indians used to over friendly and eager staff at hotel chains, it might come across as a bit odd but once you get used to it, the hotel is worth the money spent. I would go back and stay if I had to

Well appointed hotel, at a very good location, helpful staff, good breakfast spread. May not be over the top fancy but if one has a liking for old soviet style, then the decor also grows on you.

The place has very unfriendly staff and they don't give any tea supplies which is basic for any star hotel and they charge separately for room service and in room dinning

Hotel is nice , location is very good, breakfast is English breakfast not as per Indian requirements but it is good… i personally liked it . One most important thing is hot kettle is missing in room …. Which is much needed in room . Otherwise very good hotel

The hotel is at a very nice location almost everything is walkable. The rooms are good size and clean. The washrooms are clean and good toiletries. Just the bathrooms have a peculiar smell probably because of no exhaust. This is with all the washrooms as we had three rooms separate floors. The service is nice many staff know english. The heater were too hot in the rooms got them reduced. Overall very good stay and value for money.

The location is truly amazing & the rooms are really good and cozy too. Hot water was amazing even for 3 people, rooms were really spacious & the location was truly amazing. The only negative part was that they didn’t have a kettle in the room.
