The bed was not made properly and they just used old linen. The towels were only changed upon my asking. While I understand Novotel is trying to be environmentally friendly but the empty bottles they are provide in room are excessively small which requires frequent refilling which a customer needs to do (even at midnight). I would avoid the hotel during my next stay as there are multiple others available.
