poor service dirty and smelling rooms not clean properly

Not recommended it's waste of money as hotel is situated too high from mall road, you can not reach by walk easily . From partial view room there is no clearly view of Lake and mountains- Lake is hided from trees. Services is zero ,Insects and Spider are there inside rooms as there is no cleaning. Towels, bedsheet , blanket and pillow cover torm and it's are so dirty and smell , not changed by staff even after complaints ,washroom is dirty and no kettle in the room for hot water , no landline working properly , we booked hotel thru mmt for 2 days and mmt showing photos room neat and clean but after will reached hotel it's not good.

our stay was good at this property. The staff is quite helpful and the owner is quite helpful. this property is good for the stay if you want to saty for a limited time like one night.

One of my herbal experiences is not a good deal to stay in hotel Vikrant. I have suffered many problems like basic facilities not there, sleep in broken mattress & etc they ruined my trip. life worst experience to stay in that type of hotel. 🙏🙏

Good location Very good services Free pickup and drop facility Excellent food And the best part is the owner of the hotel. They make u feel like u r at home. Highly recommend👍

Excellent Stay

Hotel vikrant located just 300 meters from naini lake. The property is neat amd clean, the view is great. The staff is hospitable. I would come back and stay here.
