Denied to check in even though my booking was confirmed and i paid in advance, but i did not get a check in i don't know why and i didn't get a proper response from the property, i face very difficulty to find other hotels in night hours, it's totally terrible for us and my family, i request you please black list such, irresponsible property from your list

I booked hotel stay via makemytrip as the rates we good. The property manager had issues verifying my reservation. I was given a room that was used by hotel workers for their stay. They just changed the bedsheets and pillow covers. Their things were left still and toilet was not clean. Since it was late night and my stay was just for a night; in new place with language issues i didn’t argue with them.
