Worst. Maintenance and house cleaning is poor. Surrounding area around the hotel is not good for family.

The room was not hygienic. The bed was broken in between. There were cockroaches roaming here and there. When we ordered morning breakfast they gave us 2 packets of tomato sauce among which 1 pack was empty which 1 was already used by someone.

Great experience just a minute walk from New Delhi railway station, staff was very humble and polite. Neat and clean rooms, food was also delicious.

They didn't provide water and when asked, they told us to fill it by ourself. Telephone was not working and I have to go down for each query. We stayed for 3 days, they didn't clean the room on any day!

Way is very poor

This was the worst experience ever. The property was not in the prime location and one had to walk inside lanes to find the hotel. No rickshaw can take you there. Hotel rooms were stinking, cockroaches/ flies crawling on the walls, AC power button was being shut by the hotel staff whenever they wish to, rooms were very small than shown in the images, no cleaning of the rooms were done as part of room service for a longer stay, Hotel staffs were rude and unprofessional. Will never recommend anyone to stay here.

Not clean rooms cockroaches and insects on the bed’s side table i booked for one day but i leave the hotel in 2 hours

Location is little off from the main city rest all good about the property i stayed for night so it was ok for me
