Can be better
Room was clean but did not live upto my expectations. The beverages in the room were expired. There was no dental hygiene provided in the room while I booked a superior delux room. Also, room needed fresh coat of paint and clean pillows.

Worst, bitter and bizarre experience in staying in hotel
This accommodation is not suitable for family stay. The management of the hotel is rude and is not cordial in its dealing with customers. Makemytrip is advised not to recommend this hotel for family stay.

staying was horrible cos booking was made as per the telephonic discussion with the front desk person ZOSTEL Srinagar. Accommodation was not made as per booking. Will never stay and never recomand at Zostel Srinagar again.

Comfortable stay within Budget
I am a solo traveller, came here for few days but end up spending almost a week here. It’s very user friendly and comfortable stay and food and location is good here.

Location, Hospitality, Food and people everything is great here. After travelling our loved country I can say you can get safe and comfortable stay within budget and get connect with like minded people here. Very good for long and short stay.
