It was amazing! Host Monika and Basharat were friendly. Had an awesome stay.

Pleasant stay at Zostel Pahalgam. Basharat and his team do a great job at making guests comfortable and are always available.

The place was very far from pahalgam (barely even in the pahalgam district). The area has absolutely no other hotels pr restaurants. There are just 2-3 general stores around and a very small village. The restaurant doesn’t have half the items on the menu and there is no lift to go to third floor with barely any help from the staff there. On top of all this the ceiling above the room had a hole through which anyone could have peeked in through the attic.

Best stay ever. Host ( Mr Bashrat and Ms Monika) are down to earth persons and are very humble. Rooms were centrally heated, clean and well maintained. 24 Hr power supply was there. Food was delicous. Lot of games you can play there. If you are planning to stay in Pahalgam, Zostel is the best option.

The hotel was clean and in a good location, but the service needs improvement. They turned off the room heater at night, and there was no warm water for drinking available during that time.

We were 4, and we enjoyed every single moment out there. Also the Hosts - Basharat and Monika were awesome. First and best ever zostel experience we had. The vivid view from the balcony and wonderful woods in the backyard stole the show. Cafeteria and Bonfire were the best places to open up yourselves. The stay was really very awesome We were four and we had our best time over there The hosts Basharat and Monika were too good, we let ourselves out and had immense fun. The rooms, dorms, sitting area, balconies, backyard, cafeteria every thing was on point and stole our hearts. Really… Worth the money !

bed and facilities were okay, there was no hot water supply, they said hot water will be available from ,7:30 in the morning, we waited till 8:30 , still no hot water , not even for drinking

Staying at zostel gave us a lifetime experience. The location and amenities provided were excellent. Karaoke night and the bonfire were very exciting. The food was good.

Its a very well managed place. Hosts are warm and welcoming. Great place for people traveling solo or with limited know how of local places. Got some excellent suggestions to visit nearby places and explore the culture. :)

Zostel providing rooms cleanly and with pleasant atmosphere, coming to the bathroom they not even provided any bucket, jug or mug in the bathroom, and we faced difficulties for hot water to bath. They provided nice cafe. Overall rating i am giving to the zostel is 3 out of 5.

Nice property situated on the outskirts of Pahalgam. Double room was nice and clean and the heating system was spot on. The view from balcony is splendid. Vicky bhai was very helpful. However, since it is situated at least 20 mins away from the main Pahalgam so if you are seeking hustle-bustle, this place is not for you. Make sure to have snacks handy because you will get nothing late in the night. Menu was fully veg, which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, a 4.5 out of 5

Storage Options: A holder at each bed for petty belongings like phones and watches would be helpful. 3. Bathroom Facilities: Buckets and sitters should be added for better convenience; inability to bathe was a major drawback. 4. Food Pricing: Food is slightly overpriced; revising prices would make it more appealing. 5. Limited Dining Options: No nearby restaurants or dhabas make the in-house café the only choice, which can feel restrictive. 6. Heating System Issues: The centralized heating system often malfunctions and needs improvement. Final Verdict: Zostel Pahalgam offers a wonderful stay with excellent service, stunning views, and thoughtful amenities. Addressing these basic issues would make it an unbeatable option for travelers.
