Poor Stay
Poor amenities. did not have a basic thing like electric Kettle . No dinning space. No choice for breakfast for which they charged like a wide spread buffet. over all a bad experience. Dear guest, thanks for spending time to give your review. First of all we are not agreed some of your statements. Electric cattle was provided in the room with tea and coffee amenities. No where we have mentioned that it would be buffet breakfast. In spite of that we had provided you the breakfast of your choice of our combo breakfast system. About the amenities , we have provided you all. If you expect the five star facilities in budget property , it is solely your responsibility.

Exceptional Stay in the Heart of the City
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location — right in the heart of the New Market area, perfect for shopping enthusiasts. It’s also conveniently situated next to the Indian Museum, a must-visit attraction. Major landmarks like top malls, Burra Bazar, Howrah Station, and the airport are all easily accessible from here. The hotel staff were polite, professional, and extremely helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Debashish for his exceptional service and for making our stay so comfortable.

Average Stay
The air conditioning at the room was terrible.the flap of ac was broken and remote was not given.the washroom they have does not contain any type of air ventilation.the food at there restuarant was of low quality and the prices were high .

Comfortable stay
It was good but Parking of car is an issue . Rest all are ok.Quality of food was also good. Prompt response for any queries.

Average Stay
Clean room, neat bathroom good place to stay but not secure and safe place for women to stay alone I didn’t sleep the whole night because I could see men smoking ,making noise ans watching mobile just outside of my room I didn’t expect this to happen in a Christian guest house

Good Stay
It's a good place to stay. I would definitely come again and recommend others too. Pros - clean rooms and toilet. Since it's situated in a happening place you have access to all amenities cons- food options are limited in breakfast. Check in and check out timings are not flexible. If you want to stay more for few hours for any reason the charges are not minimal/reasonable.

Overall value for money. Location is good and staff is very polite. Old building but well managed. Breakfast is testy. Good recommendations

Excellent Stay
Room spacious and comfortable. Washroom clean. Linens clean and toiletries are adequate furnitures very old, but not bad considering it to be a heritage building. The location is one of the best in kolkata. Foods limited and average. Service is very good and efficient. I will prefer to stay again and recommend others.

hotel staff are great and rooms are clean and spacious
I stayed there for two days had a great experience its a heritage building in the centre of kolkata with lots of options for shopping and hangout nearby new market area .. i had late check in around 1am at night the staff was very friendly and had a hassle free check in so late at night , rooms where clean and very much spacious , but need of little bit renovation and maintainance of entrance door locks and bathroom door .. and some power sockets were also not working ... the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.. altogether i had a great stay with kid and my wife ,

Uncomfortable stay
Ac is not working properly. Rooms are tidy. Towel is not properly clean. Water heater / tea maker is not working.
