Overall not a good stay.
It's a Guest house and not a hotel. Not recommended for family. No help desk no reception. Locating is difficult. Service not good. No mineral water neither tea maker. Rooms have dust and toilet is shabby.

Sir, we re located on the main Road and ours is a Guest House.
Pleasant stay
Good place for small stay however should improve hygiene as bathroom were not clean enough... Bed sheets need to be changed on a regular basis... And privacy should be improved as the door of washroom didn't close properly.

Hotel is in the very prime location of Kolkata city Loved to stay in it as everything was accordingly Staff members are very polite & gentle and gave a very satisfactory service A total value for money stay
