The property is located at a convenient location near NH1 but the food served was stale and was not good at tasting but staff was very good

Hotel Welcome Heritage is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Srinagar city and Nishad Bagh, Mughal Garden, Tulip Garden etc. are at a distance of ten to twelve kilometers. The food quality was good and there was variety in it. The hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable. Among them, Bilkis was a very friendly and efficient hotel employee. We had booked a deluxe room for three days but the hotel management updated it to premium deluxe for us, so this was the first pleasant surprise, then one day's dinner was provided complimentary, this was the second pleasant surprise. This hotel is great for families.

welcome heritage as the name suggests having a welcoming and homely atmosphere. it is very near to airport. food is excellent and rooms are nice. a highly recommended property to stay on srinagar.

It was great experience staying with this hotel...Bit away from Dal but the warmth of the staff compusates for it (Thanks to Bilqees) ...Delicious food was cherry on top...

The hotel doesn't have amenities to justify their price. The location is also just okay. There are better deals available near to dal lake where you get good views too.

I would really like to raise an issue with respect to our stay at gulmarg ski hill resort in gulmarg, kashmir. I has booked the resort for 5 nights- 22nd dc to 27th dec. When we reached the resort, it came as a big shock to us that we had to climb steep uphill for almost 200 metres to reach our hotel. Why is this not mentioned anywhere? as it was a pre-booked hotel with a huge lumpsum amount, we had no other choice but to stay there. We had to climb down that steep hill while going out and climb back up while returning. It was such a big inconvenience as we had a lot of luggage too. Though the staff was extremely helpful and friends. Their manager firdoz was also very helpful and they tried to make our stay very comfortable but still this huge inconvenience made it very difficult. Also i am really dissapointed for keeping us blindsided about this and not revealing the complete information. I have rated the stay 3 only because of the extremely helpful and friendly staff there. Did not live up to my expectations. Bad drainage, no bonfire and a very minimal dinner buffet. I had high hopes but was disappointed. The room heating burnt my skin and was at a blazing 32

The staff doesn't know what to do always confused They first gave us room room 302, then shifted to another room because the washroom was having bad smell, another room again there were multiple problems.. Food is not upto the mark Overall bad will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed only for 1 night - ambience is great, rooms and washrooms and in great condition and spacious. Staff is very prompt and helpful with service. Location is a bit away from srinagar market area. Use the nova cabs app to get low cost taxis and autos easily

Property way too far from centre, no amenities, food and service is good, property has a fine view, could have had been better
