Review Of Vinayak Home Stay

Please never book rooms from this homestay. We had a terrible experience with them. We had booked 2 family rooms from them for 5 days but when we reached to the location on our scheduled day at around 6 pm and could not find the hotel at that place, we tried to reach out to the details shared with us. When we reached out we were told that they will share the live location but even after 15 mins we have not got any updates. After reaching out again we were told that they had some short circuit breakage 3 days ago at the venue and we have to go to a place which is 1 hr of drive from there. We we objected as we have not been informed earlier since we have already travelled the entire day with a 4 year old kid and we told them that we will reach out to makemytrip they started to behave rude and started to argue and said do whatever we can do but he won't share the exact location neither will cancel the booking. Somehow after searching around for 2 hrs we have reached this venue but couldn't get a appropriate response. Finally we had to book another venue after 3 hrs of struggle in a new city and handing these horrible ownes/caretakers. I would never recommend them not because they might have a genuine power issue but because of their inhuman behavior and insensitivity around tourists specially with a small kid.

My family and I recently stayed at this homestay in Srinagar. We felt welcomed and at home, thanks to the amazing hospitality. Humayun bhaiya has a very warm and friendly nature. We got to try some amazing Kashmiri dishes that were full of flavour. It honestly felt like enjoying homemade meal every day 😊. Maroof bhaiya was also great. He took care of all the little details to make sure our stay comfortable. The location is ideal - peaceful and perfect escape from city life. Thank you to Humayun bhaiya and Maroof bhaiya.

Great experience and place is cozy. Caretaker gave us very good room services. Special thanks to caretaker. I really want to book again
