Review Of Vilasta

Excellent room with ac, nicely cleaned, well maintained, spacious, nice ventilation with neat and clean bathrooms with provision of soap, shampoo, moisturizer, nice towels. Located in the heart of srinagar in a posh locality, very close to the best fooding point krishna dhaba and all tourist spots like dal, nishat, shalimar etc and market and tr c for getting bus or taxi. We re mainly away during day and hence enjoyed their buffet breakfast, which was outstanding. Staff well behaved, very cooperative and immediately available on single call

Food not at all good. Room. Service was very poor. Do not recommend to any one.

Stay was plea-sent and staff was very cooperative, will prefer to stay in future also.

The location, hygiene and safety standards are up to the mark. I was mostly able to navigate easily to and from the hotel.

Without having a view from the room my stay in Vilasta By Heritage was quite appreciable. The staff in the hotel was nice and was very hospitable. The facilities were good along with security and cleanliness. It was a new hotel at the time of my visit and the food was marvelous.
