It was a great experience... the service and arrangement was quick, food service was excellent and nicely served.

We couldn't find the way to report and we couldn't contact the hotel as unable contact them

You just can't say it is hotel. It's just an home and renting it as hotel. Nothing like hotel. Very disgusting rooms and services worst ever seen. I will strongly suggest MMT not to suggest such type of hotels to anyone. With zero facility and worst service these people are also very smart to loot money from guests for food as we do not have any nearby food outlets for dinner. I will never ever recommend this to anyone

It was a good stay, the room was very clean and tidy But it is little away from the main road and the service was very good in totality it was a good guest room.

Good location, average ambience and service, staff very co operative, value for money, cleanliness average but, well maintained. Had a nice experience staying there. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

Hotel location is good, staff named firdaous, caved and all are too helpful and bring each required things to us, food is very tastefull, rooms and bathrooms are much clean, You ll feel at home when you stay.

Nice stay .. Only location is little bit far from main city. Be ut it is good deal in this prize. Overall good experience .. I will suggest if you are thinking good hotels in some little budget in Srinagar .

Rooms were good, location is some far away from main market shalimar garden market, all facility are good, less space in garden area so if you want bonfire and other things with group members you can't do it.

It was a superb experience with stay basera residency. Nice view, good staff, nice food. Owner was a nice guy and cooperative with helpful staff. Room and bathroom was clean. Excellent value for Money. Would surely suggest this hotel.

We had booked three rooms in this hotel during our latest Srinagar stay. Hotel is little bit away from city but we enjoyed our stay there. Rooms and Bathrooms were spacious. Loved the stay and food. Service was good and on time. Owner is a really co-operative guy. His father helped us to decide various place to visit during our stay.

Hotel is almost super full paisa vasul but main problme is hotel is far from main city, if your going wit group then sure tis super velue for mony, super break fast, me Firdous is good person, but first confirm WiFi service, and give full hotel address to your driver or travler, everything is good, you can't buy tis type of room in main city in tis rate.

Location is far from city. 24 km from airport. You'll have to pay 900 bucks each side if airport pickup and drop is not included in your package. Service and hospitality was excellent. Best option if you are traveling with group but not suitable for business travelers. Behavior of staff was also nice. If you are traveling alone try to choose a property nearby dalgate area. It will be safe for you.
