Gopal Sanjay Had the best stay on the hotel , good and friendly stuffs , truly recommend it

Great Place for family and friends. Ambiance is very good. And also very close to Candolim also. if you're coming with your friends or family I would suggest to select this place. Members are also very good and cooperative (Sambhu bhai).

Property is ok kind not great, Ac condenser water drips on guests on walkways to rooms is annoying Complimentary breakfast Food is below average , not to consider for next visit Check in ( after 1 pm) and check out 11am, felt weird I felt might get better service in the area for the money

the stay at valentine retreat was a great experience rooms neatness and staff service was out standing . I must specially admire the politeness and behaviour staffs namely Shambu the kitchen incharge as well as Gopal the security man .

The property is conveniently located near Candolim Beach, and the surrounding area is quite nice. The housekeeping and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast menu was repeated on the fourth day, which could be improved. The main issue was with the reception staff, who were not very cooperative. Despite requesting early check-in for one of our two rooms, we had to wait from 10:30 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. The first room allotted had a parking view, which was disappointing, and only after several discussions did the front manager agree to change it. We had booked a suite with a balcony, expecting to spend some private time there, but were given a ground-floor room even though upper-floor suites were available. The balcony in this room served only as an exit and offered no privacy, which was very disappointing. After a long 28-hour train journey, having to wait so long for check-in was uncomfortable. Even the welcome drink was served only after the room was allotted. Overall, while the location and housekeeping were good, the hotel seriously needs to improve its front desk coordination, room allocation, and guest service.

Ita excellent stay at unbelievable price, we had suit room with balcony with pool view for 4 nights in october 2025 end, large clean pool also small kids pool attached, staff was excellent at their behaviour and warmth they gave to my child was beyond their job descriptions right from the security person, shabhuji in restaurant (one man army), room attendants all were beyond welcoming.
