I stayed for 2 days and liked the hotel and it's room. It has a good surrounding and they have maintained proper cleanliness. The staff's behaviour and support was good. Overall i liked the hotel and its services, keep it up.

Good Stay
The place was very nice.The staff are very responsive and everything was very nice.but only the complimentary breakfast was not up to the par.we had it only once and skipped it the other day.If you could really improve that then I would have been more happier about the stay.

Awesome experience and best location
familyLocation of the stay is excellent, even the restaurant food is amazing. Breakfast could be improved.

Terrible Stay
coupleMade booking for treebo 3c for standard room with balcony and garden view. They shifted the booking to a b grade hotel where the room that was given had no ventilation, bad service, damp walls and no water. Complained multiple times but nothing happened. Breakfast was so bad. The area stinks, it will be hard to stay in dining area for long. To order food they didn't had any restaurant instead gave a menu card for there commission. Placed an order and the delivery guy came and asked 80rs extra as his service charge. Overall a bad exp. And don't expect any help or support from treebo team.

coupleView and location is great, food is bad, complimentary breakfast menu does not matches what is claimed, you just have to eat what they prepared, room is average, balcony is the best part of the stay, room service is good

familyThe room was great and clean, the washroom was also neat and clean. Every room had a balcony, and the view was mountain facing, it was so beautiful, i had a really amazing stay with family. The food options is getting nearby restaurants, the restaurant behaviour is not good and rude.

A good hotel with a nice place but ac is worst. Eventhough i complained he could not rectify. Monkeys are all around is another nucence authorewise it is good.

It doesn't worth of the price 5500 per night. No lift. Room service is not good. It's an average stay.

familyOverall, great value for money. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean and big room with good scenic view from the balcony. Veg and non-veg restaurant in same facility in case folks don't want to go out. Shout out to adnan, ismail, john and others for great service.
