Manager at the reception was very rude. I asked him to give new soaps and he was rudely questioning why do I need it. I'll not book this hotel again

car parking available, resturant is merged with bar, so not good for family, bathroom cleanliness was average, The room (Deluxe) was quite small. staff were polite and behaved gently. overall nice experience

hotels location is nearer to many tourist places,,hotel staff was polite. Rooms may feel a bit congested as it is an old hotel recently got renovated. But, rooms have all basic amenities. Comfortable accommodation for 2 in a room

The hotel is located close by to Bus Stand and is at the heart of the city. One can easily commute for sight seeing either by hired taxi or by own vehicle. I had booked a Premium room and a King room, both rooms were very good. Food is also very good with a decent variety been available. Staff is courteous and polite.

A decent and clean hotel located around 1.5 km from bus stand. Staff are very kind and polite. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Overall a very comfortable and good experience.

Hotel is in very convenient location, staff were very good. Very clean and neatly maintained. They provided all basic amenities such as tooth brush, toothpaste, bath soap, handwash, water, toilet tissue, sofa, chains, centre table, side table, a/c, tv etc, extra pillows, wardrobe, hand towels, bath towels etc. They should clean the bathroom, otherwise no other concerns, it was a nice stay.

The hotel was very good and room was very tidy and was on the main road which helped to easily access other places. Value for money as the room was very sufficient

Vasanth vihar is perfect for people who love traveling with comfort, property location is very good in city and near to tourist attractions, and can get everything nearby, and the food was really fresh and hygienically made and served to us, and the staff is really friendly, no any other peaceful place to stay and enjoy our trip &food, we really enjoyed staying in vasant vihar

Neat and clean, staff was good, premises was very good. Restaurants are nearby. Recommended for families as it is in proper city

The room and bathroom are older one. Not worth

1) there was only one room at the corner of the building on the ground floor next to the janitor room which was allotted to us. 2) the air conditioner (ac) was not working and they could not change the room at there was no other vacant room. 3) we could not keep the window open as they were smoking outside and the smoke was coming inside which was suffocating. Also it was smelling outside and we had to close the window. 4) in short the stay was not comfortable and not worth the cost.

Good hotel at reasonable price, good location, well connected, clean rooms, good hotel staff. Parking space available, and restaurant also there.

Shower not available in bathroom. The rest of the rooms and restroom are very clean.
