Beautiful Coffee Estate Stay with Great Hospitality

We had a fantastic stay at Java Rain Resort. The property is beautifully set inside a coffee estate with amazing views. The resort is not vast but feels spacious, and the rooms were very clean. Highlights: Service: Gagan drove our buggy and explained all the resort details thoroughly. We missed the scheduled coffee plantation walk, but Mrs. Prafulla kindly took us on a personal tour. Activities: The resort organized a fun treasure hunt, which is a great effort that many places skip. Areas for Improvement: Room Maintenance: The indoor furniture, doors, and fittings feel aged with visible scratches. Patio Furniture: The outdoor seating is worn out. The seat covers are missing and replaced with bath towels, which looks very poor given the premium tariffs they charge. Crimson Peak: This former rooftop bar with a view is currently abandoned, unkempt, and covered in dust and fallen leaves. Overall: A relaxing getaway with stunning views and wonderful staff. However, the property urgently needs interior updates and better facility upkeep to justify its premium pricing.

The resort beautifully blends luxury with nature, offering stunning views, pristine villas, and top-notch hospitality that made us feel pampered throughout. The absolute highlight of our trip was the coffee plantation tour with Miss Prafulla. Her incredible knowledge, passion for coffee farming, and warm storytelling turned a simple walk into an elite, educational experience. She walked us through the journey of the bean from plant to cup, making the session deeply engaging and memorable. If you are looking for a perfect escape with authentic plantation vibes, Java Rain is the place to be. Don't miss the plantation tour with Miss Prafulla!

The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, for a 4-star resort, the room maintenance was disappointing. Basic amenities like a hair dryer and iron box were not provided. The jacuzzi was also not functioning properly, which was a major disappointment. Overall, the food and hospitality were good, but the room maintenance and facilities need significant improvement for a resort of this standard.

Had a lovely stay at Java Rain Resort. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall ambience of the resort was peaceful and relaxing. The weather made the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect place to unwind and spend quality time with family. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience me my husband and my 4 months daughter had. We had gone for our anniversary. Staff were limited but they were very kind and sweet. We had a spa session which was good. Food was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Thank you Java Rain Resort team.

The stay was lovely and peaceful, views are fantastic, hospitality is very accommodative, Ms. Prafulla gave us a very warm welcome and coffee tour. The food is scrumptious and makes you want to overeat every time, a 10/10.
