The rooms here were truly a treasure trove of comfort and luxury, and the hospitality was absolutely exceptional. First of all, the quality of the food and service was outstanding. A special mention to the chefs and the team who went out of their way every single day to accommodate our requests and ensure we had delicious meals throughout our stay. The Gateway Chikmagalur also offered wonderful entertainment and activities — from music and singing performances to magic shows and coffee experiences — which made the entire atmosphere so lively and enjoyable. My wife also opted for the Ayurvedic massage at the spa, and she had an extremely soothing and relaxing experience. Overall, we had a truly memorable trip, all thanks to the wonderful Gateway Chikmagalur staff, warm hospitality, and amazing amenities. Thank you for making our stay so special!

stayed with my wife . We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the ambience and warm reception. The food across breakfast, lunch, and dinner was excellent, though adding rasam or sambar at dinner would enhance the experience. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, making our stay very comfortable. The Ayurveda centre was impressive, with special mention to Mr. Abhiram for his exceptional service. A thoughtful gesture was providing meals for our driver throughout our stay. There was a minor issue with a noisy fan on the first day, but housekeeping promptly changed our room the next day. The highlight was the unique coffee and honey welcome drink, which we also enjoyed at checkout. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would definitely love to visit again with our daughters and son-in-law.
