Amazing stay, with really good food . They tuk care of our toddler's needs so well , that we were so relaxed. The best memory one can make .

The premises infrastructure was as expected. 1. Restaurant was terrible. The glass tumbler were all smelling . Food was even . Ordered simple sweet Lassi which was terribly sour and the sugar powder was in lumps.. Most of the food did not have the actual required flavour or texture. There were multiple activities mentioned but none of the activities were available. (rabbit feeding, fish feeding, jungle safari, kite flying none of the activities were available). The children's play area was not at all maintained. The badminton racket was broken Rooms did not have even slippers. But the behaviour of all the staffs were polite and well mannered. If the basic facilities were taken care off it would have been great.

The experience was great, food was very good. The staff was very helpful. Hope to visit again.

We went as a family of 4 with parents and kids. The place does not deserve the quality of Taj for sure! Some of my observations were: 1. Terrible front office staff (rude and half of the time unavailable to attend calls) 2. ⁠Exceptionally long preparation time at the restaurant 3. ⁠Long wait time to deliver baggage to room. Worth it prize and hotel service are very good. Staffs are really good. Really enjoyed it. It’s good for a family.

our rooms and the resort was very good, the food is mixed, some items were good, overall food was poor. i didn’t like the egg curry the malabar parota was bad, the oota meal was decent. The place is also very close to the city, though isolated you are not really amidst mountains or forest. The resort and people are friendly and good place for family with kids.

My experience in Gateway Chikmagalur started with confusion over booking name and somehow my name was changed, it took a while to clarify it. The overall stay was just ok as some of the activities like kite flying, animal feeding etc was not available at the property which was disappointing.

The property was clean, nice and elegant.all facilities were there but the location was not that good...No views just plain roads but property itself gave a jungle vibe. We had a pleasant stay. Service was quick,food was good.

The location was delightful, offering a vibrant atmosphere and stunning surroundings. However, the dining service left much to be desired and could benefit from significant improvements to enhance the overall experience.

Beautiful property, amazing service, great for vegetarians! staff is excellent and super helpful! It is in a centre location with a little bit off trail in between forest!
