Terrible Experience with Violent Receptionist. I had a very bad experience during my stay at the Silver Suite Hotel in Chikmagalur. The receptionist was extremely rude and violent in behavior. His treatment of customers was unacceptable,angry and disrespectful. It ruined my entire stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointing from Receptionist
