- The location was just perfect. Very nearby to all shops, bus stand etc - We took mini room 205, which was very compact, enough for us. - Neat room with TV services - Geyser service was good.

Near KSRTC bus stop.All types of food available near by. But no car parking available.

Facilities mentioned in the description were not provided during the stay such as Kettle, Iron board. The restaurant was not functional though they managed a tie up with a nearby restaurant and that too was providing food with limited quantity ie. 1 item per person. Overall an average stay for this price.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. While the room was a bit small, it was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. it's is the main market . we booked 2 rooms and one of our room was very small. All things are accessible but they don't have food service and not even water cooler to get bottle filled. it's good place if you want something in the market

At night, something was biting myself and my friend the whole night. Looks like the bedsheets or the comforter was not thoroughly cleaned. Rest all of the stuff were in working conditions.

They were incredibly cooperative and went out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. The check-in time is 1 pm, and the check-out time is 11 am, which is quite standard. Since we arrived early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to store our luggage securely until our room was ready. Additionally, we had a late-night travel schedule and requested a few minutes for freshening up in the evening after check-out. The staff graciously made arrangements for this, which we truly appreciated. Their willingness to accommodate our requests made our travel experience much easier. Overall, while the facilities are decent and meet expectations, the exceptional service from the staff elevates the experience. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, especially if friendly and accommodating service is a priority.

The rooms were spacious and perfect with good decor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive. The location is also very convenient. In general our stay was amazing.

The room was very small. The bed had lots of bed bugs. The room had a a/c fan right next to the room and whole night it made a lot of noise. We were very late and tired. Hence couldn’t get the room change. Will never visit this place again.

Standard mini room is ok nut very small. There is no work desk and no place to roam as the bed occupies almost all the room. Otherwise it is fine.

The stay is average bcoz there is no parking for the vehicle, it's difficult if there are more vehicles to park. There should be more clean rooms.

Location: almost 22 km from mullyangiri, still good place at the centre of the city. Food: service is slow but food was good. Amenities: only basic amenities they provide. Over all good stay, only drawback is that it's too far from the main attraction point.
