Should have improved the quality of room

To talk about the rooms it was little dirty and bedsheets were dirty it looked like it was some lodge. The washroom were also not upto the mark it was dirty and to talk about room service it was good and the food was also good worth the money.

Positives: 1. Located within the city. 2. Complementary breakfast is simple and good. Negatives: 1. Once you enter the room, you get a thick damp smell. 2. Bed sheet and linen did not seem fresh and felt it has not been washed. 3. Walls are stained. 4. Curtains have visible stains. 5. The tap in the bathroom is not easy to use. Keeps on leaking and you need to try multiple times before you can close it. 6. Party hall in 4th floor plays very loud music. You will be forced to leave the room just to avoid the music.

Worst Stay Ever

No towels, no kettle and no cups/glasses in the room, had to do up and down from the room multiple time to ask fro these basic things because the telephone was not working. finally got the kettle which was smelling like vomit. then AC stopped working, they checked asked me to change the room, i requested help of the staff to carry some stuff along with me. he only took kettle and towels, rest each and everything i had to carry one by one, even the glasses as there is no glass in the new room as well. i asked the staff, where were u and why u did not help, he replied rudely, "i took the towel and kettle na". I travel alot, and this is the worst stay i ever experienced

Worst service. Receptionists and staff are full of attitude and worst response. They didn't provide toiletries. Rooms were average. Rust in bathroom. Old dirty blankets, sofas and curtains. Very limited breakfast with small spoiled masala dosa, 2 idlies, tea and poori. Even water kettle is smelly, didn't clean properly. The photos were many years back. Room is spacious. I heard treebo hotel chain is good but definitely not this one. I won't suggest this to anyone. this is average i think. Everything is about service

familyThe stay at treebo sunrise room was unhygienic and disappointing, uncleaned room was provided. Bathroom mats, window curtains bedsheets were dirty. No towels were provided. In-spite of informing no action was taken. After paying the mentioned room prices we had to compromise with whatever was provided. Picture shown does not meet expectations. Never expected such a senerio at treebo.
