It offered a peaceful environment, yet was close enough to the key attractions and necessities. The food served during our stay was very good. We opted for the buffet and were quite happy with the variety, quality, and taste. The dining experience was well-managed, thanks to the attentive and polite buffet staff. What truly stood out was the service. From security at the entrance, to housekeeping, reception, and the dining team, every staff member was extremely courteous, professional, and eager to help. Their warm and respectful approach made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The only area that needs some attention is the amenities. While basic facilities were available, a little more maintenance and improvement in this area would definitely enhance the overall experience. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication and hospitality!

I booked 2 rooms at the Royal Orchid Shimoga and had a very pleasant experience from the time of check in to check out. All the staff including the reception area, dining and housekeeping were very welcoming and provided the highest quality of service. I wanted to highlight a few people from the staff names whom I can recall like Rita, Santosh and Pallavi but it is not limited to them for making our stay a pleasant one. I will definitely choose this Royal Orchid Central Shimoga without any second thoughts if I am in need of the same in Shimoga area and the will suggest the same to my friends and family.

Was very satisfied with the stay 1. Property- very beautifully maintained 2. Location - centralized hence very easy to commute, all local transports available readily 3. Hotel Facilities - Excellent services and facilities provided, entire staff very cooperative and humble. 4. Food- Lovely food services, special appreciation for the entire kitchen staff. Amazing food and flavours inculcated.

Stay was very special, with premium service and infrastructure and location of the property in the city center with affordable price range, food was good with spacious lobby, yes one things for improvement is kind of sound system and TV Facility goes little scale down compared to rest of the things ..Great days ahead, thank you.

I m a regular at this property since last 10 years and I m a very happy n satisfied customer here. Rooms are really spacious, food is great, staffs are really very helpful... breakfast spread is great. located centrally just 10 minutes walk from bus stand and 10 minutes drive to rail station.

nice centrally located property heart of City. very accommodating staff. f&b needs a little tweaking - training. other departments good. it's a non smoking Royal Orchid Central Shimoga. need a little terrace garden atmosphere nooks to break concrete and glass monotony. pricing good.

Hospitable staff, clean room… however bathroom hand towels were not kept and had to ask for one…
