Room was clean, had a hall. location was good. But service was poor, check in time was 12 pm but room was handed over to me by 1 pm. had to wait for 1:30 hours. Room was used for storing.

Dear Manik Sir, Thank you so much for your time and consideration to review us and stay in iPalace. I apologise on behalf of the whole iPalace family for the inconveniences caused during your stay on communication. But, I wonder how this happened as most of the staff are well versed with Hindi apart from Kannada and the manager could speak English too. After speaking to all the staff, I understand one of the housekeeping boys couldn't communicate well on your requirements, it's his mistake that he didn't inform the manager. Now, the same is clearly informed to all staff. For our future guests, if there are any such challenges, please message me on WhatsApp 9663557226 as I may not be able to pick the calls and I assure you of the best services we can provide. Dear Rajashekaran Mani Sir, First of all let me thank you for choosing iPalace during your visit to Chikkamagalur last weekend. I never expected such a review from you! As I personally spoke to you on 16th Saturday during your late check-out at 1PM, we were calling you since 11AM as we had back to back booking and all rooms were sold out, but you were not reachable and sometimes, you didn't even answer our calls. I had connected with Gommt Development Manager Mr. Pavan, based on his suggestion we left you sms and later we vacated your things while making a video as proof that everything is taken care without any mischief. I also, informed you that if it was a day where we didn't have a full booking, we could have held it for sometime and at 12 the next occupying guest came and he was fuming on us as the room was not ready, we had to convince him. For everything you nodded and said you understand at 12:45 PM when you came back from the sightseeing place, we even allowed you and your family to freshen up, now you are blaming us. It's like chor ulta kothwal ko dante 🤦♂️ iPalace family has done the best. Don't ever do this with other hotels 🙇 Regards, Jagadeesha Owner iPalace
