Very clean and well maintained property. Mr. Sreenivas and Mr. Pawan were very helpful and took care of us really well with all the details and support they could extend. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting with your family.

we checked in at 2am in the night and we were received very warmly. They also provided us with homely breakfast and amazing coffee in the morning. Not just that, they helped us plan our itinerary for Chikamagalur. amazing experience and warm staff.

There was no shampoo and body lotion both were empty and the AC remote wasn't working and there was dust on the curtains as well...It's worse than expected

Location was convenient. Hotel was neat and clean. Breakfast & coffee was provided only on Saturday.

We had amazing stay at holiday inn. It was as good as a new hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was very tasty. Service was top notch. Nothing less than a 4 star hotel. Also location of the property was great.

stay is at walkable distance from chikmagalur bus stand. very nice and clean rooms. staffs are well behaving and service is good. Even though I booked a room without breakfast, they offered us bf as it is long weekends and holidays. But we didn't have it because we had to leave early. so I cannot tell how is the food. but everything else was very nice and comfortable
