Not at all recommended and defintely not an "nternational resort"

The property in itself is good. But the service needs improvement leaps and bounds. But it is not at all an "International Resort" as most items in the menu are not available. There are only 2 or 3 staffs who takes orders and they are also not properly trained in hospitality industry. They need proper training. I booked for 2 nights, but left after spending 1 night in the property due to poor service.

That one hotel that touched my hear

There are a few places which touch your heart for the location/luxury.... But this place had something that just makes me tell if I go down towards Sringeri this is the only place I'd stay. We were travelling from Bangalore to Sringeri -Hornadu-dharmasthala-Kukke Subramanya for the temple visits but my less than 1 year old baby fell sick and we had to depart from this property at around 11:30pm the staff cared like they were a family and very quick to help in any sort of way they could. Their services went way way above my expectations. Would recommend this hotel to anyone is visiting Sringeri.
