Good service and hygiene.
The room was clean. The staff was helpful and assisted us promptly for any issues raised. Should only look into car parking space.

Good Stay
Hi, hotel is located in a quiet safe place, easily accessible to main city. Bus stand clean rooms, good staff, food is vegetarian all quisine. Food is good. I am a regular visitor. Good and safe for solo female travellers. .

the service is good and food is also good the rooms have all facilities the rooms are not well maintained and washroom is not that clean even in dining area the seats and utensils are not that clean price is quite high wrt cleanliness

Poor Stay
Very congested room, parking space is also very less and difficult to remove vehicle after parking, curtains are shabby. A/c is fixed to 25deg by hotel itself- not adjustable, just to say a/c is available. Not worth for money and stay.

Excellent Stay
We stayed there for 1 night. Rooms are bite small but clean and bathroom also clean. Food was good. We would like to visit the place again.

Good and comfortable stay
The hotel was good with decent and well maintained rooms. I felt the deluxe rooms were little small but is manageable if you are just 2 persons. The pricing however was expensive may be because of holiday and extended weekend but still felt we paid 800 to 1000 extra per day. The hotel is in the middle of the city so no tension if you are exploring or doing some shopping as everything is within reach. All in all it was a good stay and comfortable stay.

Good but confused beds
Room was nice. N hotel was nice. But beds were really small and not sufficient for 2 ppl. And area was noisy. Food is too good

Dirty dingy rooms with flies on morning breakfast!
familyRooms are really small and walls are really dirty. Restaurant - dinner was good but breakfast - whole place was stinking and had flies every where.

Nice location, big room.
Property was in the middle of city which was equidistant from all site seeing spots around. Room was big and confirm.

Good location
The hotel is placed in main city center accessible for many tourist attractions, breakfast food menu to be changed and food is not hot and they have more bees and mosquitoes which has to be taken care, till bit over priced for a family room as the beds are too small should be a combination of king and queen size.

Very Average to the Cost you Pay
To be honest don’t go by the review of 5 star and all,genuinely I booked family room for 4 and I got family room equipped with kids bed😡😡,man seriously 2 kids can’t sleep comfortably in that bed,though room was clean.no welcome drink as offered in booking.nand the most important No proper parking,I had to struggle 30 min for parking and no one to guide from hotel for the same.not even on prime location.u ll find tooo many good hotels than this at best price than this.

Friendly staff, customer response is highly impressive. In house restaurant is another plus point. Had a very good experience staying here.
