Weekend trip to Chikm
The location was off beat and really beautiful. Away from the hustling city in between hills and lakes. The property is well maintained with luxury amenities. The staff and management is very good

Pros: 1. Neat and clean rooms 2. Clean usable Swimming pool Cons: 1. No view, cramped room 2. Kitchen was closed, had to struggle for basics like Tea 3. Under staffed 4. Unprofessionally run For the money (3K without breakfast), much better options available

Firstly we would like to say that you chose the particular standard room to stay when we had many other options for your stay and room area was already mentioned in the site to be complained as small, Kindly look for these in future before booking and do not complain later. Kitchen was closed only during its standard closure hour around 4pm, but availability of tea and refreshment was available throughout the day. But you chose not to order and did not order. In the night when you had arrived, it was almost so late night that a dozen of staffs cannot stay and please do not complain on that. When there was option to book with breakfast, your booking was only for the room and stay, so we were helpless. It was even mentioned in your confirmations. Please kindly look for the details completely prior to the booking, please kindly apply false complain this way. We really love your appreciation over our room, cleanliness and pool. We would definitely work hard to improve ourselves to the best and making our stay the best Thanks you, Team Lucent

excellent stay. calm n quite. good behaviour of the staff.very helpful. rooms a bit small but very hygeine n clean.u wont get lunch here. dinner on order.good swimming pool.

Excellent Stay
Location of the property is very peaceful and the hospitality of the staff is very good. Comfortable to stay with the family. Swimming pool also maintained well

Thank you for your review and feedback, Everytime every food split were cleaned properly, Almost 20times the room were cleaned as you were spilling the food and drinks all the time.
Excellent Stay
The food here was so fresh and healthy and taste was ultimate. Pool was kept very clean and we enjoyed a lot. Rooms had view of sunrise and rooms were clean, spacious and hygiene

Unavailability of food. gym equitments are outdated, no restaurant and no cafe, no breakfast and no bon fire was there inside the stay as they mentioned in the profile

Very sorry that your expections did not reach and you had bad experience but it was mentioned that kitchen was closed due to emergencies and plates(everyting) were provided for the food brought from outside. Breakfast was not available for you since your booking was only for the stay only(breakfast excluded). Bon fire was not lit only because it was raining in the evening.
